How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal; you can pay on-line at our secure payment centre.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Here at Nushots we make every effort to secure your transaction with us, but it is still up to you to protect yourself with safe practices.

Why did an error occur when I added multiple print projects to the basket?

The NuShots shopping cart only allows ONE PROJECT OF PRINTS PER ORDER.
If you try to add a second print project to your basket, an error message similar to this will appear:

But there’s no need to panic!  Follow these simple steps you add your photos together into one project:

From the Shopping Basket:

ADD MORE PRODUCTS

OPEN PROJECT

Select the project you want to add to

Click the blue book icon (edit project)

ADD MORE PHOTOS

MY ALBUMS

Select other project from dropdown box

Select photos you wish to add

(SELECT ALL if you wish to add them all)

Once the photos are added to your original print project you can select the size, paper type and other options by clicking on the little arrows icon in the bottom right of the image.

How do I apply my account balance as payment?

Add your projects to the shopping cart, then CONTINUE

Choose Express Service if required, then CONTINUE

Select delivery options, then CONTINUE

Choose Balance from payment options

Check delivery and invoice address details, then CONTINUE

Order will process.  If you have not got enough funds to pay for the order in full you will be asked if you wish to continue with the order. 

Select YES to make remainder of payment using a different payment method.

MAKE THE PAYMENT (there will be a $amount after this text – it refers to what you have already paid, not what you owe)

Choose CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL and click PAY NOW

Enter payment details and SUBMIT

How do I use my Gift Voucher?

If the project you wish to pay for is of an equal or greater value than the Gift Voucher then you can simply enter the code by clicking APPLY COUPON from the project within the shopping cart. To use your gift voucher to pay for multiple projects please contact us, providing your voucher code so we can apply it as a balance to your account.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

Voucher codes can be applied to individual projects within the basket by clicking APPLY COUPON.
